		<description>For what it&#039;s worth, I think that thanks to TV commercials we&#039;ve all become over-obsessed with sterility.  Sure, washing hands has to be a carefully observed routine, but relentless killng of every last microbe must make the immune system lazy, I suspect.  I distinguish between clean dirt (spiders&#039; webs, mud, etc.) and dirty dirt (e.g. canine offerings).  The former gets removed from time to time; the latter I purge immediately it appears.</description>
